The theme of the conference on the "new journey of the modern country" was compared with general secretary Xi Jinping's important directive spirit of serious political activities within the party. Liu Huiyang put forward three requirements:
First, we should improve political position and strengthen responsibility. Second, we should vigorously promote the construction of the team and continuously improve the style of work. We should adhere to the party's political construction as the leading role, be good at taking the overall situation and problems into consideration politically, earnestly implement the democratic centralism, strictly implement the system of "three times and one big", and strictly implement the system of asking for instructions and reporting on major matters. We should take the lead in implementing and maintaining the party's laws and regulations, strengthening daily education, management and supervision of Party members and cadres, and constantly enhancing the red line awareness and bottom line thinking. We should implement the mass line of the party in depth, strengthen the education of mass line for Party members and cadres, take the realization, maintenance and satisfaction of the fundamental interests of the staff as the endogenous driving force to promote the development of the group industry, and constantly gather the strong joint efforts of industrial development.
Third, we should adhere to the problem orientation, strictly and practically and carry out the rectification and implementation. The team members shall study the problems identified in the meeting item by item, formulate practical rectification plans, list the problems one by one, form specific inspection and quantifiable rectification measures to ensure the effectiveness of the reform. The municipal Party committee should combine the inspection and control feedback with the rectification of the problems identified by the democratic life Council, study and formulate rectification plans, implement key tasks, refine the rectification measures, and promote the problem solving by actual actions. At the same time, we should continue to strengthen tracking and inspection, promote effective solutions to each problem, resolutely prevent problems from rebounding and ensure the effectiveness of rectification.
